Returns Policy

Return Policy

We provide a 30-day return period starting from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please ensure to include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, contact us at support@onebeautytech.com. Once your return is authorized, we’ll send you a return shipping label and further instructions. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, beauty and personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product first. Once the return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The returned item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
