TWO-YEAR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY Each OneBeauty® product comes with an exclusive two-year warranty. If you notice any craftsmanship issues or if your item does not function perfectly upon arrival, our guarantee ensures up to two premium replacements within one year of your purchase date. Please note that our warranty covers inherent defects and does not extend to external damage caused by accidents or improper use. After two replacements, our valued customers can choose to receive store credit instead.
